Ripleg has more than 30 years experience in the sector, guaranteeing our engineering and industrialization services to our clients.
We have all the subcontracting services necessary to carry out our clients’ industrial projects, from industrialization to the finished product. We work to ensure that all projects are carried out with the quality and experience that guarantee us.
At Ripleg we offer product engineering and industrialization, 3D engineering, development, manufacturing, testing of finished products and tuning.
Our facilities and machinery allow us to carry out projects and assemblies of all kinds and dimensions, guaranteeing our clients personalized attention and quality of service.

Extensive facilities
Our facilities are located in Ripoll and have an area of more than 7000m2. We have all necessary, specialized equipment to carry out a wide variety of processes including electrical assemblies, electrical wiring, control panels or test equipment.
Specialized machinery
Most of the machinery is automated to achieve optimal results. In addition, we can add complementary machines to the main machinery to offer bespoke solutions to our customers. German Trumpf machinery has an assurance of excellent productivity and quality.
Product development
Ripleg is responsible for the development and prototyping of the product. Thanks to the most advanced machinery, we machine sheet metal, CNC punching machines, laser cutting, CNC folding machines, robotic welding, MIG-MAG and TIG welding, painting and surface treatments (zinc plating, anodizing, electropolishing...)
3D Industrialization with Solidworks
3D Industrialization with Solidworks is the first step to shaping a project at Ripleg. Industrialization facilitates the following processes and allows lower costs. Ripleg has 6 Solidworks workstations which provides a great capacity to carry out different projects.
