Centring device

The centring devices are used for the centring or remote fixing of components, as step protection or as a positioning aid for spot welding (there is no need for a positioning device), production can be carried out in both directions on a metal sheet. In addition to the round form, many other special forms are possible.

Notes on manufacturing

  1. The possible thickness of the sheet s is 1.0 – 3.0 mm.
  2. The forming height H is a maximum of 0.5 x sheet thickness S.
  3. The outer diameter D1 is 1.9 – 5.9 mm.
  4. The inner diameter D2 is 2.0 – 6.0 mm.
