The RAMPF CNC Dispensing Robot is the machine used at Ripleg for complex processes such as the dosing of foamed joints. Thanks to its high flexibility and dynamism, work can be carried out efficiently to achieve excellent results.
Cutting-edge technology for efficient foamed joint dosing
The DR-CNC dosing robot guarantees optimal interaction between the dosing processes and the movement sequences. The X-Y-Z variable strokes of the high-precision linear axes allow the three-dimensional dosing of seals, adhesives and casting systems. Furthermore, its cutting-edge control technology and its modular structure allow for simple and complete integration in existing production systems.
