2) We program the machine

After analysing the design, we program the machine with the most advanced software on the market which allows us to save time and reduce costs.

3) We manufacture the product

Thanks to our Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) methodology and the digitalisation of the plant, manufacture is efficient, flexible and quick.

4) We send you the order

Once we have manufactured your product, our logistics service will prepare and send the product to the customer quickly and securely.

Although Ripleg is a company based near Barcelona, we offer our laser cutting service throughout Europe.

Each project needs more or less time depending on the complexity of the design. Nevertheless, thanks to Quick Response Manufacturing we can improve manufacturing times.

Each project is different, therefore Ripleg cannot offer a predetermined price. For this reason, we try to adapt our service to the needs of each customer within a budget.

At Ripleg, we work to ISO 2768-MK. If you do not know how to calculate the cutting tolerance, we recommend this guide.

For both Punching and Laser Cutting, the maximum dimension is 3000 x 3500 mm.

The maximum thickness is 20 mm for carbon steel, 15 mm for stainless steel and 15 mm for aluminium.
