We have the latest generation painting robots and fast colour change booths to change colours in between 8 and 10 minutes, which gives exceptional delivery times and ensures thorough cleaning.
To ensure the best industrial coating, all the production lines include the final finish pretreatment phases with demineralised water. In this way, we obtain an impeccable coating.
This allows an artificial protection layer to be created for greater resistance and durability of the aluminium. The anodising techniques go from an aluminium oxide layer with the original grey colour of the material up to subsequent colourings.
We offer the cataphoresis service on products which require a very high resistance to oxidisation. This is a coating with a high resistance to corrosion used by all the car manufacturers and producers of products exposed to oxidation (lampposts, bicycles, urban furniture, cast iron valves, spas, gymnasiums, etc.).
