The TruArc Weld 1000 has easy programming that enables automated welding. Operation is so simple that no training is required to operate, program and operate the welding cell.

Simple programming for safe welding

The welding cell is a fully equipped machine tool, with TÜV and CE certificate; in addition, the suction system, the outer casing with anti-glare protection and the security configuration are included. The welding cell can be used in single or dual station mode depending on component size and batch size. It is possible to produce a larger component or a smaller component in larger quantities during production time.

The equipment of the TruArc Weld 1000 allows a safe, simple and efficient use.

Programming

With the TruArc Weld 1000, minimal programming times are achieved as it combines the intuitive welding stand operating unit and simple part programming directly on the robot controller. The central handling unit of the machine is clear and simple.

Robot

Collaborative robot UR10e with six axes and moment of force sensor. The linear axis positions the robot left or right.

Protection cabin

Protection cabin with integrated suction system, automatic opening anti-glare protection and lighting. Removable partition wall divides the work area if needed for dual station mode.

Team Fronius

High-performance welding equipment from Fronius: TPS 320i C PULSE, power source with PMC welding package, 350 amp ultrafine burner and external wire feed system.

Demmeler table

Demmeler 3D welding table with D16 hole pattern in 50 x 50 mm grid and hardened surface. The dimensions of the table are 2000 x 1000 x 100 mm.

Crane loading

Easy loading of large and heavy components as well as devices by opening the cabin cover over both stations and loading the components into the machine with a crane.

CMT welding technology package

With the optional CMT welding technology pack, greater process safety is achieved while reducing the energy required for welding in the TruArc Weld 1000, thanks to reduced weld spatter and reduced deformation.

Pendulum welding

Pendular welding offers a multitude of benefits, especially for machining thick plates, as its wide weld seams can prevent joint failures.
