ACB Wireless & ACB Laser angular measurement system
The easy-to-operate ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending) Wireless measures and corrects angles with the help of touch disks integrated in the upper tool. The system detects the position of the sensors automatically; communication between the tool and the control system occurs wirelessly.
Folding aids
The practical folding aid with automatic height adjustment provides valuable support for angles up to 30°. It especially assists in the folding of heavy or large-area parts, which are optionally placed on plastic, brushes or rollers.
Software
The extensive range of TruTops software supports you throughout your entire manufacturing process. Simply and selectively control your operating process, from the management of your customers’ orders and purchasing processes, to the delivery of the manufactured part. Thanks to the direct coupling to the machine control, you always have an overview of the status of your parts orders.

Standard tools
You can select more than 150 top and bottom tool types for your individual assortment, ordered in a set or separately.
Light construction tools
The lightweight tools with a tool length of up to 300 mm, with a weight saving of more than 30%, are equipped with the Safety-Click as standard. This reduces setup time and relieves the operator.
ZN tools
In the machining of zinc-coated sheets, zinc deposits can form in the matrix after a few bends and thus lead to cold hardening. As a consequence, marks and inaccuracies may remain on the component. This can be avoided with TRUMPF LASERdur ZN-coated bending tools. These combine high surface hardness with excellent sliding properties, are corrosion resistant and do not require cleaning.
Tools equipped with sensor
TRUMPF sensor-equipped fixtures work according to the proven ACB measuring principle. The integrated feeler disks in the shape of the fixture measure directly in the process area.
